Email: Why don't you preach the truth instead of tearing down others? I would much rather hear the purity of truth over the vile teaching of others. Why waste your time with it?
Response: CARM does what it does because of truth. There is a standard of righteousness and it is the Bible. The truth is that there are false religious systems out there that will lead people to eternal damnation (Matt. 24:24). The truth is that Jesus is the only way to salvation (John 14:6). The truth is that people need to be warned about what is false and taught what is correct so that they might escape eternal judgment. Truth is not always comfortable but that does not mean that we should be silent when speaking it.
