Out of Atheism and to Jesus

     When I was 12 I was sucked into depression and alcohol. I became an atheist and really didn't have any cares in the world. When I was 13 I joined a "gang" and we got in fights a lot. That same year I saw a good friend of mine spine get shattered right in front of me. I really started drinking then to get rid of my problems. When I hit 14 the summer before my freshman year I woke up drunk (excuse the graphic content) literally in a pool of my own vomit in a bathroom in a house I had never seen before. 
    I quit drinking cold turkey and the only way I could have done it is by God. I rejoined the band and met a couple people Stephen, Melissa, David, and Taylor and they really turned me on to God. They had just always seemed so happy and I wanted to know why. So, I went with Stephen to an evening church service and it was then that I finally saw God.  I literally fell on my knees and cried. Now ill be 16 in 8 days and I have crammed my mind full of knowledge and I'm starting to show it off and I love what the power of the holy spirit can do.  I have been a Christian for a little over a year and I couldn't ever go back.
